Evidence of this impact of KM comes from the Most Admired Knowledge Enterprise (MAKE) survey.
The 2002 'Global MAKE Winners' were chosen, in various categories, by an international panel of senior executives and leading KM experts.
The panel rated organisations against a framework of eight key knowledge performance dimensions, as shown in Figure 28:
