In today’s modern world - knowledge is a crucial asset to individuals and organisations (from corporate to operational levels).
This asset can be managed intelligently - so that the knowledge is more easily created, shared, used and learned - making this knowledge even more valuable.
The knowledge resource cannot be stored on a USB - it is stored in the minds of people.
TECHNOLOGY can help PEOPLE to share knowledge and even automatically discover knowledge, but the TECHNOLOGY does not replace PEOPLE. Instead, they assist PEOPLE. TECHNOLOGY and PEOPLE can also be combined in useful PROCESS that can usefully exploit knowledge.
